I have re-recorded this after an unsatisfactory result previously and hope to re-record all of the other Weissenborn studies that I have uploaded in the past week. It turns out that I'm getting a more bassoon-like sound from a small room at home than I was getting from recording in a church, where it sounded more like a bass trombone. I'm also using a lighter reed which would also have a bearing upon the result.
